This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 01Our warrantyStockman Products Pty Ltd warrants each new Stockman trailer, camper or caravan against defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty periods listed below, subject to the terms in this document. Application of these terms. These warranty terms apply to Stockman products first purchased new from Stockman or an authorised Stockman dealer on or after 24 June 2026. Products first purchased before that date remain subject to the warranty terms that applied when they were originally purchased. They are not eligible for warranty transfer under these Version 1.2 terms. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Warranty is given by Stockman Products Pty Ltd (ABN 79 115 635 704) 02Australian Consumer LawOur goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 03Warranty periods
Warranty starts from the Warranty Commencement Date, being the date the product is delivered to the first retail customer or made available for collection or handover. Repairs or replacement under warranty do not restart or extend the warranty period. 04Supplier / appliance warrantiesMany appliances and specialist components fitted to Stockman products are covered by the supplier or manufacturer warranty. Supplier terms may change. The supplier’s current warranty terms apply. 05Product use and road suitabilityStockman products are designed for different types of touring and terrain. Warranty coverage depends on the product being used within its stated load limits, speed recommendations, tyre pressure recommendations, service requirements and operating instructions. Use on rough, corrugated, sandy, muddy or remote roads may require slower speeds, reduced tyre pressures, lighter loading, more frequent checks and additional servicing. Damage caused by unreasonable use, excessive speed, incorrect tyre pressures, overloading, hard impact, heavy landings, water crossings or similar water exposure, collision, misuse or terrain unsuitable for the product is not covered. Extreme Off-road Pod TrailerThe Extreme Off-road Pod Trailer is designed for outback tracks and off-road tracks when used within Stockman’s stated limits and instructions. Warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive speed, incorrect tyre pressures, overloading, hard impact, heavy landings, collision or misuse. All-Roada, Rover All-Terrain chassis and Trekka Ultra XT / Platinum XTAll-Roada Pod Trailer, the Rover on the All-Terrain chassis (Intrepid and Ultra, and an Escape upgraded to the All-Terrain chassis) and Trekka Ultra XT / Platinum XT models are designed for touring, unsealed roads and moderate off-road travel within stated operating limits. Warranty does not cover damage caused by unreasonable or unsuitable use, including excessive speed, incorrect tyre pressures, overloading, hard impact, heavy landings, severe rutting, washouts, deep water crossings or similar water exposure, collision or misuse. Trekka On-Road, Rover Escape (On-Road chassis) and Pod TrailerThese models are designed for sealed roads and maintained gravel roads. Occasional well-maintained gravel road use is acceptable when driven to conditions. They are not designed for rough 4WD tracks, deep ruts, heavy corrugations, washouts, water crossings or similar water exposure, or terrain unsuitable for the product. Damage caused by unreasonable use, excessive speed, incorrect tyre pressures, overloading, hard impact, heavy landings or unsuitable terrain is not covered. An Escape upgraded to the All-Terrain chassis is warranted to the touring / moderate off-road category above. 06Customer responsibilitiesTo keep warranty coverage valid, customers must:

Failure to maintain or service the product may affect warranty coverage where the lack of maintenance caused or contributed to the issue. 08TransferabilityTransferability applies only to products first purchased new from Stockman or an authorised Stockman dealer on or after 24 June 2026. Products first purchased before that date are not eligible for warranty transfer. For eligible products, the remaining Stockman warranty may be transferred to a new private owner during the warranty period, subject to Stockman approval and registration. Warranty transfer is not automatic. The new owner must register with Stockman within 30 days of purchase. Stockman will respond to a transfer request within 14 days of receiving the required information. Registrations received after 30 days may be accepted at Stockman’s discretion. To register a warranty transfer, Stockman may request:
If approved, the new owner receives the remaining balance of the original warranty. Transfer does not restart or extend the warranty period. Stockman may decline transfer if the product has incomplete or concerning history, unauthorised modifications, evidence of misuse, commercial/hire use, permanent accommodation use, accident damage, water damage, severe corrosion, or has been written off. Third-party supplier warranties may have their own transfer rules. 09Making a warranty claimWarranty claims should be directed to the original place of purchase. This may be the selling dealer, or Stockman if the product was purchased directly from Stockman. To help assess a claim, Stockman may request:
The original place of purchase may ask to inspect the product or part before approving a claim. If they are not nearby, they may ask you to arrange a third-party inspection or quote before the claim is approved. Unless Stockman agrees otherwise or the Australian Consumer Law requires it, the customer bears the cost of making a claim, including delivering the product or part for inspection or repair. Where a claim is accepted and the Australian Consumer Law requires it, Stockman will reimburse reasonable expenses incurred in making the claim. 10Warranty remediesIf Stockman accepts a warranty claim, Stockman may choose to:

Customers travelling remotely should have appropriate insurance and recovery cover. 12Stone damageStone damage is not covered by this warranty. Customers are responsible for protecting their trailer, camper/RV and tow vehicle from stone damage. Stone guards may reduce risk but cannot prevent all stone damage. 13What is not coveredThis warranty does not cover damage, failure, deterioration, loss or costs caused by or relating to:
14No unauthorised warranty promisesNo dealer, agent, employee or representative may change this warranty or make additional warranty promises unless confirmed in writing by Stockman Products Pty Ltd. Stockman products include a 5-year structural warranty and 2-year general warranty, subject to correct use, loading, servicing and maintenance. Supplier appliances and components are covered by their own warranties. Warranty may be transferred to future private owners during the warranty period if each new owner registers with Stockman within 30 days and Stockman approves the transfer.
