01 Coverage

What’s covered.

02 Terrain

What each model is rated for.

Each Stockman is warranted for its intended terrain when used within stated load limits, speeds, tyre pressures and servicing. Rough, corrugated, sandy or remote roads call for slower speeds, lighter loads, lower pressures and more frequent checks.

Trekka Ultra XT — rated for touring, unsealed and moderate off-road.
Outback & off-road tracks

Extreme Off-road Pod Trailer

Designed for outback tracks and off-road tracks within Stockman’s stated limits and instructions.

Where cover stops

Damage from excessive speed, incorrect tyre pressures, overloading, hard impact, heavy landings, collision or misuse isn’t covered.

Touring, unsealed & moderate off-road

All-Roada · Rover All-Terrain chassis · Trekka Ultra XT / Platinum XT

Designed for touring, unsealed roads and moderate off-road travel within stated operating limits. Covers the Rover on the All-Terrain chassis — Intrepid and Ultra, and an Escape upgraded to the All-Terrain chassis.

Where cover stops

Damage from unreasonable or unsuitable use — excessive speed, incorrect tyre pressures, overloading, hard impact, heavy landings, severe rutting, washouts, deep water crossings or similar water exposure, collision or misuse — isn’t covered.

Sealed & maintained gravel roads

Trekka On-Road · Rover Escape (On-Road chassis) · Pod Trailer

Designed for sealed roads and maintained gravel roads, with occasional well-maintained gravel use when driven to conditions. Covers the Rover Escape on its standard On-Road chassis.

Where cover stops

Not designed for rough 4WD tracks, deep ruts, heavy corrugations, washouts, water crossings or similar water exposure, or terrain unsuitable for the product. Damage from unsuitable terrain or unreasonable use isn’t covered.

03 Claims

How to make a claim.

  1. STEP 1

    Get in touch

Contact your original place of purchase as soon as the issue appears. This may be the selling dealer, or Stockman if purchased directly from Stockman. Stop using the product if it’s unsafe.

  2. STEP 2

    Share the details

Your contact details, model and VIN/chassis number, proof of purchase or registration, a short description, clear photos or video, and service records if maintenance may be relevant.

  3. STEP 3

    Assessment

Where practical, take it to your original place of purchase for assessment. If they are not nearby, they may ask you to arrange a third-party inspection or quote before approving the claim.

  4. STEP 4

    The fix

If accepted, Stockman will repair, replace or adjust the product or part, arrange an approved repairer, or provide any remedy required by Australian Consumer Law.

Unless Stockman agrees otherwise or the Australian Consumer Law requires it, the customer bears the cost of making a claim, including delivery for inspection or repair. Where a claim is accepted and the ACL requires it, Stockman reimburses reasonable claim expenses. The warranty doesn’t cover towing, recovery, freight, travel, accommodation, loss of use, loss of holiday or inconvenience, damaged goods or personal items carried in or on the product, hire costs or other incidental, consequential or out-of-pocket costs unless required by the ACL or agreed in writing — if you travel remotely, carry appropriate insurance and recovery cover.

04 Care

Owner responsibilities.

Warranty stays simple when the product is used as intended and looked after. Here’s what we ask.

  • Use the product for its intended purpose
  • Stay within load, GVM, speed and tyre pressure recommendations
  • Complete recommended servicing and maintenance by authorised service centres
  • Stop using the product if a serious fault or unsafe condition appears
  • Contact the original place of purchase promptly about warranty issues
  • Get Stockman approval before arranging third-party warranty repairs
  • Keep service and repair records
  • Complete running gear checks, including wheel nut torque, tyre pressures, brakes, bearings and suspension fasteners; where fitted, also check air suspension running height, pressure, lines, fittings and airbags, especially after rough-road or off-road travel

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

05 Transfer

Transferable warranty.

The remaining balance of the Stockman warranty can transfer to a new private owner — a genuine resale advantage. Transfer isn’t automatic: it’s subject to Stockman approval and registration.

  • Available for eligible new Stockman purchases from 24 June 2026.*
  • New owner registers with Stockman within 30 days of purchase — later registrations may be accepted at Stockman’s discretion
  • Stockman responds within 14 days of receiving the details
  • The new owner receives the remaining balance — transfer doesn’t restart or extend the period

  • Poles, ropes, annex/awning wear items and similar consumables, except where a supplier warranty applies

Cosmetic, modifications and other

  • Cosmetic damage such as chips, scratches, dents, fading or paint wear
