Privacy policy.

The basics.

Stockman Products Pty Ltd ("Stockman", "we") designs and builds trailers, campers and caravans in Carrum Downs, Victoria. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and in the course of doing business with you, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Only what we need.

Here's what we collect:

• Contact and quote forms — your name, email, phone, state, the dealer or team you addressed, and your message.
• Configurator builds — when you save a build or request a quote: your name, email, phone, delivery state and the specification you configured.
• Sales and warranty records — purchase, service and warranty information if you become a customer, including your product's VIN/chassis number.
• Website analytics — anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type, general location) via Google Analytics, used to understand how the site is used.
• Phone calls — some of the numbers listed on our site connect through Twilio, and for those we log basic call details (the number you call from, and the time and length of the call) to see which marketing drives calls. For calls that connect, we also share your number with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) in hashed form — so it isn't sent in plain text — solely to match the call to the ad that prompted it. We don't record calls.
• Advertising — when you arrive via or interact with our Google or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, those platforms set cookies/identifiers we use to measure ad performance and show you relevant Stockman ads on other sites.

We don't collect payment card details through this website, and we don't buy or sell personal information.

Putting it to work.

• Responding to enquiries, quotes and warranty claims;
• Passing your enquiry or quote request to the authorised Stockman dealer for your area, when that's who you asked for or who covers your state;
• Sending you the build summaries, confirmations and follow-ups you request — and, where you've opted in, occasional Stockman news;
• Improving the website and our products.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and one-off transactional emails (like your saved build) are just that — one-off.

A short, named list.

We use a small set of service providers to run the website and manage enquiries. Your information is only shared with them so they can provide their service to us:

Some of these providers store data overseas (primarily the United States). We choose established providers with strong security practices, and we don't authorise them to use your information for their own purposes.

What's stored on your device.

This site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure site usage, and your browser's local storage to remember things like your saved configurator build and delivery state — that data stays on your device until you clear it or submit a form. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working without them.

We also use advertising cookies and pixels from Google (Google Ads) and Meta (the Meta Pixel) to measure ad conversions and show you relevant Stockman ads on other sites (remarketing). You can opt out of personalised ads at Google Ads Settings, in your Meta ad preferences, or via youronlinechoices.com.au.

How we look after it.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access — including access controls on our systems and encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site. We keep information for as long as it's needed for the purposes above or as required by law (warranty records, for example, are kept for the life of the warranty).

Access, correction and complaints.

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Send your request through the contact form or call 1300 725 712.

If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first and we'll work to resolve it promptly. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
