The first service is done once, at 1,000 km. After that, a service is due every 10,000 km or 12 months.

Wheels, tyres & brakes
Wheel bearings inspected for wear and free play, adjusted as needed
Wheel nuts torqued to specification
Handbrake adjusted and brake balance tested
Spare wheel mounting and tyre pressure checked
Hubs removed, wheel bearings inspected and re-packed with fresh grease, replacement quoted if needed
Wheel alignment checked and adjusted
Hitch & suspension
Hitch checked for tension and greased
Suspension arms and DO35 hitch greased through
Hub and hitch bolts torque-checked
Shock absorbers inspected for leaks or wear
Chassis & body
All chassis bolts checked, including shock absorber and water tank mounts
Side and rear door latches adjusted, dust seals cleaned and treated
Locks and key barrels lubricated
Electrical & gas
Road lights checked: tail, brake, indicator and marker lights
All interior lights, fans and appliances function-checked, with mounting hardware tensioned
Charging system tested at the battery management system
Battery vent inspected, replaced if needed
Underbody wiring inspected for damage
Gas connections leak-tested
Inspection
Full visual inspection for wear, above and underneath the trailer
If more work than the standard checklist is needed, we quote it before starting.

How long does a service take?
A service takes the day. Drop your Rover off by 9:30am and it is ready to collect after 4pm, unless we advise otherwise when you book.
What does plus parts mean?
The service price covers the labour for the standard checklist. Parts and consumables, grease, bearings, seals and the like, are charged separately and quoted before we fit them.
Does servicing affect my warranty?
Completing recommended servicing is one of the owner responsibilities under the Stockman warranty, and we keep a record of every service we carry out.

Book in as soon as you can. We will inspect the trailer first and quote any work beyond the standard checklist before starting.
Can I get my Rover serviced outside Victoria?
Yes. All Stockman dealers can service your Rover. Dealers set their own service pricing, so contact your nearest dealer for a quote and a booking.
